Water Canyon Winery is a family-owned and operated winery rooted in a deep love for natural winemaking and community. In 2018, we bought a small vineyard with a dream to create something rare—wines made the way nature intended. In 2021, that dream became a reality with the opening of our winery in Hildale, where we produce all-natural wines, something only 1% of winemakers in the world are dedicated to. Every bottle is a reflection of our land, hard work, and passion.

Since then, we’ve expanded to include The Winery Café, seasonal dishes alongside our wines, and a one-of-a-kind event venue in Hildale. Now, we’re excited to bring the experience to Springdale with our second tasting room, just outside Zion National Park—inviting guests to sip, unwind, and experience what makes Water Canyon Winery so special.
